Like cental restaurant, shops will be closed for the first few days of the lunar . Among of market will be open, with much fewer vendors than you normally see, eventhought in major trading points like Dong Xuan or Ben Thanh maket. To your surprise, products will be sold at a reasonable price because all sellers want to start a lucky sales year.
