Hoan Kiem lake
Hoan Kiem Lake is located in the historical center of Hanoi capital Other name' Hoan Kiem Lake is Ho Guom Lake. Hoan Kiem means “returned sword”, and name comes from a legend in which King Le Loi was given a magical sword by gods, which he used to drive out the invading Chinese. Cu Chi tunnels
The Cu Chi Tunnels are network of connecting underground tunnels located about 42 kilometers northwest of Ho Chi Minh (Saigon). The tunnels were used by Viet Cong guerrilla as hiding spot during the Vietnam War, and were the base of operations for the Offensive Tet in 1968. The tunnels have become a popular tourist attraction, and visitors are invited to crawl around in the safer parts of the tunnel system.

The Central Post Office is a wonderfull containtedremnant of French colonial times, the grandest post office in a mong of the Southeast Asia. Located next door to Notre Dame Cathedral, the two cultural sites may be visited and offers tourist a chance to imagine life of Vietnamese during the times of the Indochinese Empire. Gustave Eiffel designed this building – the engineer who also designed the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower – features windows and wooden shutters.
